shipping & delivery
Thank you for supporting our extended family of makers. The following information sets out the terms and conditions of our shipping policy so we ask that you to read this prior to placing your order please.
Standard shipping is free within Australia for items listed under shop tabs ‘Art & kids’ as our way of giving back to the art community that we so adore. Other shop tabs have a built in standard shipping fee of $10 included in your purchase price which usually covers our costs.
Please note: The DECOR TAB which houses our furniture, pendants, mirrors and bulky items is slightly different. All items listed under the DECOR tab are available for sale in The Northern Territory only and based on collection from our depot unless otherwise advised. Courier delivery can be arranged at additional charge including interstate freighting on some occasions however we are restricted by licencing agreements in some instances .
The only exception to this is for occasionally available large art pieces which will be clearly listed as requiring an additional freight quote due to the size of product. If you are unsure please just check before you order or write a note when you checkout .
If you are unsure of anything as always please just reach out by sending us an email – We are happy to answer any questions you have prior to purchase to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. We love to chat and we also love feedback.
Processing your order
Once you have completed your cart checkout you will receive an email confirmation stating an order number. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase and await your shipping notice.
Processing times
From the time your payment is made your order will be processed by us in the studio within 3 days. When you place an order outside of business hours (Hello late night shoppers I see you) it will be processed ASAP on the next business day. Public holidays – same deal.

Product Lead times
The expected leadtime is always listed within the product description page for each individual item. ‘In stock’ means it will get to you fast, ‘Available for backorder’ items will have an expected leadtime listed below and ‘Preorder ‘ means it will take longer and you need to be aware of the expected date and ideally not harass us for goods until that date. Please read and be aware of this as we do sell items from stock as well as some that come direct from artists studios or the makers themselves.
NOTE: Our new furniture items consist of some stocked product ranges and others that can take 12 weeks (or more) to be lovingly made for you so please check and check again.
Delivery locations
Our art, textiles, kids range, cushions and rugs we deliver to all Australian states and Territories as standard.
Furniture items including mirrors and pendant lights are a different story. Darwin collection is standard for all ‘Decor’ items as standard but if you wish to pop these items on a truck to the central desert we can help you with that too.
If you like our stuff and buy it we will endeavour to get it to you provided you have a physical listed address and don’t live under a rock, inside a cave on a distant unnamed island off the coast of Tasmania.
Shipping & Delivery time
Please ensure that your correct mobile number and email is listed when you checkout as this is where you will receive notification by our carrier when your goods have actually shipped.
Goods are both processed and shipped within business hours Monday – Friday except on public holidays.
We always endeavour to get goods to you as soon as possible.
Once an order is placed you will be advised if there are any changes to the listed estimated delivery time for any reason.
Delivery times given are estimates only and are subject to both Australia Post and our network of couriers timeframes so are to be used as a guide and subject to the acceptance and approval of your order therefore estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed (but really what is in this world? )
Weather or unforeseen circumstances can impact even our best efforts but rest assured unless there are exceptional circumstances we will make every effort to fulfil your order on time, as described and will contact you if there is any change to this.

Local deliveries
We have goods coming from all over the place not just sunny Darwin but pick up is available with prior arrangement. Local deliveries will come to you via Aus post OR courier whichever is more suitable for the item purchased. Standard shipping times apply Australia wide.
International orders
We are happy to ship goods anywhere you like however free shipping of art items is within Australia only at this time.
Just send us an email titled “Shipping query” with the items and quantities you are interested in plus your full address and we will get back to you within a few days with a price to ship to your location.
Please note some countries have customs import fees – You are liable to check this and pay for as required.
Shipping methods
We love the planet and we want to do our bit to look after it where we can so our aim is to reduce the impact of unnecessary packaging, additional shipping or double handling and recyclable rubbish as much as possible so all items will come to you in the fastest yet most ethical and sustainable way possible.
